Hi, I'm Gloria. I am a Personal Chef in DC.

Let me bring the flavors of my travels to your table.

My cuisine reflects my life experiences and the countries where I have lived. After years of humanitarian work, I decided to dedicate myself to my passion and created Gloria’s Kitchen to share the tastes of the cultures I have encountered.

I was trained in cooking at the Cordon Bleu school and with many pastry chefs in France.

I love to apply the techniques I learned there to the cuisine of my home country, Spain, and the places where I have lived in Africa and the Middle East. This has led me to create dishes inspired by the Mediterranean—from France to Lebanon and Italy to Morocco.

Everything I make is from scratch with the best fresh ingredients.

I am especially proud of my sourdough breads that accompany all meals I prepare. I also love to bake, so you can explore my extensive dessert menu to complete every feast.

I am a certified Food Safety Manager per the Washington, D.C. Department of Health.
